What are you byin'?

(Anyone get that? It's from Resident Evil 4 )

So we continue with product photography - part 2, if you like.
This time I shot pictures of a normal drinking glass (I was supposted to do that last time, but didn't get the time, so - this time instead) and I have to say - second time; muuuch easier and quicker and just....plain better. We've also been working on deep etching, which I really found out how to do today....through  a how - to - do - it tutorial I found on Pinterest....yeah. I'm not really good at understanding such things when teachers explain it and makes the class whatch while they do it.
It's so messy and I like to have a detailed explanation, in english (since the program is in english) and being able to take my time and go back or start over if I'd like to. That's just me.

But anyways - to the pictures!

The first one is from the first photoshoot - the lego lunchbox - which I've now deep etched.
I've got to say it turned out pretty great - A LOT better than I tought it would, that's for sure!

The second one, was shot with one lightsource and a reflector. Again, some basic changes in Photoshop (That counts for all the pictures) It turned out nice, but for a commerical picture....I don't know - thoughts?

The third was shot with two different lightsources at a 45 degree angle. Turned out pretty great if I shall ask myself.

The forth one; three different lightsources; the two in 45 degree angle, and another, placed right above the glass.

Fifth, and last one; Four (!!) different lightsources; the 45 degree angle onces, the one above and one beneeth the glass. (Or, beneeth the table that the glass stood on)
